Circles Network Advocacy Project has been operational in Glasgow since July 2001. The Project provides Independent Advocacy to people in accordance with the provision for Independent Advocacy in the Mental Health (care and treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003. The Project supports people to ensure that their views are expressed and to promote maximum participation in their care and treatment across 3 hospital sites for Low to Medium Secure care in Glasgow and additional persons living in the community.
