Legal Assistance

It is not always easy to obtain the services, support and opportunities that disabled people are entitled to. Sometimes it is necessary to seek help from a legal expert in order to access a service or to obtain financial help (particularly in the form of a Direct Payment).

This is a very difficult area, and the links on this section are to law firms and related organisations that have the necessary specialist expertise.
